This webpage constitutes at this stage a first draft and not a listing of the final eFTI data requirements, nor a proposal or advice of SG1 on the eFTI data requirements. Instead, the result of this review processes will be such a proposal for a recommendation by SG1/DTLF to the Commission on the establishment of the eFTI common data set and the additional necessary data elements.
Many aspects related to the eFTI data requirements still need to be considered before a full model can be established. These aspects were acknowledged in the main conclusions of the DTLF SG1 data core team so far and include, in particular, legal definitions of the data requirements, formatting and code lists to be used. Furthermore, in several cases, functional and technical aspects also still need to be considered by the other relevant SG1 teams, most notably in relation to the Waste Shipment Regulation. Lastly, the national requirements as mentioned in Article 2 of the eFTI Regulation have not yet been fully taken into account.
The members of the DTLF SG 1 (core) data team are strongly requested to clarify the status of the review and to inform their respective stakeholders and experts of the content of the explanatory document when they share the material constituting this first draft and consult their stakeholders and experts. The same applies to any other stakeholder within the DTLF, its support contractors or stakeholders outside of the DTLF who, in their turn, wish to further share these the material for review. |
