This third version of the CITES electronic permitting (e-permitting) toolkit provides updates to reflect the 2022 versions of the UN/CEFACT Reference Data Models (D22A) and the WCO Data Model (3.11). The third version was updated with the UN/CEFACT Reference Data Models (D22A) and the WCO Data Model (3.11). The third version divides the Toolkit into two main parts – A Business View and a Developer View. The Annex of the Toolkit includes the class diagrams and schemas have been based on UN/CEFACT Core Component Library (CCL) and WCO message specifications as well as a mapping of ePermit messages based on UN/CEFACT and WCO data models. This html version contains the these diagrams and schemas for ease of use of the developer.
